Candidate must have good communication skills, and have worked as a Data Analysts/ Data Quality Analysts in area of Investment Banking or Capital Markets. Good exposure to data analysis and must be able to handle large volumes of data coming from multiple systems as Vendors (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters etc.), Exchanges and internal systems. Must understand data quality concepts such as accuracy, completeness, validity etc. Good data analysis skills using SQL for data cleaning, data quality checks, data profiling etc. Knowledge of Data Governance concepts is good to have.(Note: Please pay attention to domain. We would appreciate candidates coming from Capital Market or IB background - No domestic bank/NBFCs. Must be familiar with data quality check rules of Derivatives, Fixed Income, Equity, Mutual fund, Hedge funds etc. People from Reference data background, and good in DQ checks using SQL will be ideal)

Job Description & Summary: · Develop and maintain capital planning frameworks, including Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and Recovery Plans. · Project capital adequacy under various scenarios, aligning with business strategies and risk appetites. · Conduct impact assessments of business initiatives on capital requirements.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain capital planning frameworks, including Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and Recovery Plans. · Project capital adequacy under various scenarios, aligning with business strategies and risk appetites. · Conduct impact assessments of business initiatives on capital requirements. · Ensure adherence to regulatory standards such as Basel III, CCAR, and local regulations. · Prepare and review regulatory submissions, including Pillar III disclosures and stress test results. · Liaise with regulators and internal stakeholders during audits and examinations. · Design and execute stress testing programs to evaluate capital resilience under adverse conditions. · Analyze risk-weighted assets (RWA) and capital ratios, identifying areas for optimization. · Collaborate with risk management teams to integrate stress testing outcomes into risk framework
Mandatory skill sets:
· In-depth knowledge of capital adequacy frameworks (Basel III, CCAR, ICAAP). · Proficiency in financial modeling, stress testing methodologies, and RWA calculations. · Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities. · Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred skill sets:
· Familiarity with regulatory reporting tools and data analytics platforms (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).
· Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Years of experience required:
3-7 Years
Education qualification:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related fields. · Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or CPA. · Prior experience in a consulting firm, financial institution, or regulatory body.
