Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled automation developer who has build automation solution including solution using Pega with Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA). Having proven experience designing and implementing scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. The candidate must demonstrate deep expertise in case management, decisioning, integrations, and performance optimization leveraging advanced features.
Responsibilities:
· Design and architect end-to-end Pega solution utilizing case lifecycle management, optimized stage/step configurations, and process flows aligned with complex business requirements. · Develop and configure Data Pages (declare pages) for efficient data sourcing and caching strategies to improve application performance. · Implement and maintain Decision Rules (Decision Tables, Trees, and Tables) and advanced Declarative Rules (Declare Expressions, Constraints, and Triggers) to ensure dynamic business logic execution. · Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to gather requirements and translate them into reusable Pega rules and case structures. · Build integrations using Connectors (REST, SOAP) and Services for seamless interaction with external enterprise systems and APIs. · Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including rule sets, class structures, and integration specs. · Promote Agile development practices, participate in SCRUM ceremonies, and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. · Guide and mentor junior architects and developers on complex features and best practices.
Mandatory skill sets:
· Minimum 7 years of Pega application development and architecture · Automation solution creation using Pega and other technology around it · Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience developing and architecting Pega BPM applications (version 7.x / 8.x). · Pega Certifications preferred: Must have CSSA. · Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with continuous integration and delivery practices.
