Job Description & Summary:
A career within the Integration & Automation App Support Manager role involves working with development teams to build custom integrations, web applications, and mobile applications. You will support both front-end and back-end components and implement automation solutions for integration and deployment processes.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines and environments.Support developers and testers in resolving build, deployment, and environment configuration issues.Manage source control repositories and branching strategies.Troubleshoot CI/CD process issues.Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize automation processes.Manage and optimize cloud-based services for scalability.Implement monitoring and logging solutions.Develop automation scripts and tools.Provide support for existing applications and troubleshoot deployment issues.Ensure compliance with security best practicesMandatory skill sets:
Proven experience in DevOps with a focus on integration and automation.Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and Azure DevOps.Familiarity with Terraform, GitLab, or other repositories.Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShellPreferred skill sets:
Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices.Experience with microservices architecture.Certification in AWS, Azure, or other relevant technologiesYears of experience required:
