Power BI & MS Fabric Expert – IT Applications Development: Design, develop, and maintain advanced data visualization and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement efficient BI processes, ensuring data integrity and governance. Stay current with the latest technology advancements and best practices to enhance organizational analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Develop, deploy, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards aligned with business needs.Design and implement data workflows and pipelines using Microsoft Fabric components.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Optimize performance, data models, and report efficiency.Ensure data integrity, security, and governance in all analytics solutions.Support integration of multiple data sources and Microsoft Fabric services (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse, Power BI).Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing BI solutions.Stay updated with the latest Power BI and Microsoft Fabric features and best practices

Mandatory skill sets:

Proven experience in Power BI report/dashboard development and deployment.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, OneLake).Proficiency in data modeling, DAX, Power Query (M language).Experience with ETL processes and data integration.Familiarity with Azure data services and cloud concepts

Good understanding of data governance and security best practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in agile, cross-functional teams.Self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset.
