Duties and responsibilities related to the In Room Dining Team Leaderrole

Manage the daily operations of the in-room dining service, ensuring efficiency and adherence to hotel standardsOversee the accurate and efficient processing of room service orders, ensuring all guest preferences and special requests are metDeliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of presentation and etiquette.Coordinate with management to implement training programs that enhance skills and knowledge in food and beverage service, fostering a culture of continuous improvementWork closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

About you

Previous experience in a luxury environment within the hospitality industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing outstanding levels of service.
