Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is looking for an In Room Dining Server / Runner to join their dynamic Food and Beverage team! This one-of-a-kind property boasts 12 different dining options, over 1000 guest rooms, 231,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space, with 3 ballrooms, 34 meeting rooms, 2 dedicated boardrooms, and unique outdoor spaces.

The ideal candidate will have Restaurant/Food and Beverage experience, ideally in the hotel industry. Experience within a fast-paced environment is highly preferred. We are looking for someone with a great personality who is able to work the ever-changing schedule of hospitality.

Shift Pattern: 2-3 shifts/week, AM and PM shifts, weekdays, weekends and holidays availability required. 

Pay Rate: $13.39 per hour, plus tips

What will I be doing?

As a Room Service Server / Runner, you would be responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Set up room service trays and tables to prepare for incoming ordersRetrieve checks, set tables according to specifications, retrieve food and beverage orders from the kitchen and bar and deliver food to guest rooms and meeting roomsServe meals to guests, collect guest trays and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient mannerPresent checks to guests and obtain paymentReturn payments/signed checks to order takerPerform order taker duties and answer room service telephone, as neededServe alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
