In Room Dining Manager
Job Description

The In Room Dining Manager is responsible for the overall detailed operations of the In-Room Dining department, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the In-Room Dining operation, ensuring the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times. Implement and ensure compliance with all Food and Beverage and LQA standards. Ensure that the menus are always up to date, conforming prices with POS, and wines availableAct as a hands-on role model and provide operational support to the team.Handles guest complaints and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily and reporting immediately to the Manager in line.  Lead and mentor the team to deliver exceptional, intuitive service with outstanding customer care.Collaborate closely with other Outlet Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum two years’ experience in a similar capacity for a luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality is preferred.Fluency in German and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.Proven experience in leading and managing a team effectively.Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy. .
