Job Description

Are you enthusiastic about hospitality and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences? We are looking for a dedicated In-Room Dining Employee to join our team and deliver high-quality service with care and attention to detail.

Handling food and beverage orders via phone or system, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.Providing guests with a refined and memorable dining experience in the comfort of their rooms.Maintaining high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness.Communicating clearly and professionally with both guests and colleagues.Assisting in other Food & Beverage outlets when needed, contributing to a smooth and collaborative operation.

QualificationsA hospitality enthusiast with a heart for service and a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication skills and a proactive, guest-focused attitude.Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure.Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights and weekends.Previous experience in F&B or room service in a luxury setting is a plus.
