Job Description

As an In Room Dining Agent, you will be the point of contact for our guests' in-room dining needs, delivering prompt and sophisticated service with utmost discretion and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities: Take guest orders with elegance and clarity, offering personalized recommendations. Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery. Set up in-room dining presentations that reflect luxury standards. Handle billing, tray collection, and post-service follow-ups efficiently. Maintain service logs and report guest feedback for improvement. Support room service during VIP and special guest stays. Desired Skill & Expertise Requirements: Experience in luxury in-room dining or call center service preferred. Excellent telephone etiquette and command of English. Impeccable attention to detail and presentation. Discreet and respectful of guest privacy and comfort. Strong coordination and communication skills. About the Company
