Jaipur Plant is the fourth manufacturing Plant, set-up in India in the year 1999. We are a Powertrain Solutions (PS) Plant which is known for it's operational excellence. Job DescriptionThe purpose of this position is to oversee and manage plant utilities and infrastructure preservation, security services,strategizing and developing sustainability initiatives to ensure optimal utility availability, and building positive relationships with stakeholders to create long-term sustainable value for both the plant and the society
Key Activities A)Project Management:Establish, review and implement project management approach for upgradation of utilities, building infra and stakeholders requirements.
KPI/KPR:Investment realization Digital penetration (No of projects through AI, Data Analytics)
B)Asset Maintenance & Management Buildings & and Utilities : Establish and review the building and utilities management process to ensure on-time availability and initiate improvement plans
Plan and oversee the implementation of Soft services in the plant to ensure House-keeping, Estate/garden maintenance
KPI/KPR:Zero Incident/Accidents and Zero NC in Audits,MTTR,MTBF.
C) Budget controlling and Obsolescence Management :Planning of budgets for the upkeep of utilities as per inputs from site assesments / stakeholders requirements.
Prepare roadmap for equipment replacement and upgrades for managing obsolescence including spares planning
KPI/KPR Cost : Power/R&M Annualized savings through projects(Fit for Future)
Sustainability:Formulate the strategy, monitor & Implement the projects for achieving regional and global Sustainability targets
Propose investments for achieving Sustainability targets (energy efficiency, water conservation)

QualificationsB.Tech. / B.E Mechanical/Electrical/Civil.Relevant professional qualification (e.g. Certified Facility Manager (CFM)) will be an advantage12-15 Years of experience (minimum 3 years experience at leadership position)Additional InformationKnowledge
