Job DescriptionRegular :
1) Conducting Product Audit of produced parts with CAQ
2) Take decisions on quality issues, carry out containment actions
3) Train the Product auditors, Associates, Engineers on Product quality, QMS standards
4) Participation in PFMEA Line walks & shop floor Gemba meetings
5) Conduct LPC & DQRM meetings with CFT
6) Ensure adherence to all applicable IATF, AIAG, Bosch Internal guidelines in mfg. areas
7) Initiation & follow-up for D3 Containment, D4 Root cause analysis & D6,D7 actions
8) Mr. Customer role (Support Customers for CRI / CRIN Q-topics) & ensure CSR fulfillment
9) Coordinate Lessons learnt meetings with International production network
10) Lead the problem solving projects through System CIP projects/Speed Week / Shainin
Periodic :
1) MIS preparation and reporting to plant management
2) Accompanying of customers/auditors during visit
3) CSR activities confirmation as per Customer
Occasional :
1) Support audits, conduct trainings
2) Attend virtual meetings with overseas customers (Internal / External mainly from EU region)
3) Release of new machines, products and production processes
Degree: Graduate in Engineering (Mech/Production/Automobile)
