Keys Tasks & Responsibilities of current position:
We are seeking a highly driven End-of-Line (EOL) Expert – Brake Systems to support OEM customers and internal engineering teams in delivering robust brake system performance at the production line. This role combines strong technical understanding, hands-on diagnostic skills, and customer-facing collaboration to ensure flawless implementation of EOL, Evac & Fill, and service routines.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer / OEM Support:
•Ensure correct validation of brake system installation and vehicle-level EOL checks.
•Collaborate with OEMs to define functional requirements, routines, and test strategies.
•Drive cycle-time optimization for EOL, Evac & Fill, and diagnostic processes.
•Deliver high-quality documentation for production, service, and bleed procedures.
•Provide on-site support during production setup and final line walk evaluations.
Internal Engineering Collaboration :
•Develop, explain, and refine EOL, Evac & Fill, and repair/service routines for project
•Work closely with DCOM/software teams for integration and Labcar-based testing.
•Support the Quality team in resolving field complaints and plant-level issues.
•Support in implementation of customer specific diagnostic services in SW, and incorporate customer-specific routines at production line
•Review installation of brake system components at vehicle, generate detailed installation assessment reports, and share them with the Project Manager as part of official project deliverables/artifacts.
•Participate in line walk visits before series production and joint evaluation test process with OEMs.
•Able to perform detailed failure analysis focusing on hydraulic pressure, mechanical forces, CAN traces, and machine logs from EOL and Evac & Fill stations.
Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
•Minimum 2~3 years’ experience in automotive diagnostics, validation, or vehicle testing.
•Knowledge of C programming, CAN communication, vehicle diagnostics (UDS), and embedded basics.
•Hands-on experience with Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANoe), and diagnostic testers.

•Strong communication skills with customer-first mindset.
•Fluent in English; valid 4-wheeler driving license.
•Willingness to travel and support OEM plants as required.
