The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.

Purpose:

Process specialist - Assembly & Press-in process
Process specialist - Torquing (Screwing) process

Key areas of responsibility

> Owner of assembly process (Staking and Press-in)
> Establish process as per process data sheet (PDB) and Mfg. specification (FHW)
> Ensure machine capability (Cm,Cmk) and process capability (Cp,Cpk)
> ECR and 4M change initiate/validate/implementation
> Process control & optimization (to meet Quality,Productivity,Failure cost targets)   
> Evaluate failure with QC tools, root cause analysis and actions implementation
> Establish Pokayoke and regular verification
> KAIZEN and YOKOTEN (local and global) validation and implementation
> Tools and fixtures ordering and maintenance
> Perform safe launch and ramp up of new platforms
> Member of international KAIZEN team
> Member of international QAM & Yokoten      

BE Mechanical/Automobile with 4~6 years experience

Critical

Assembly processes (Assembly,Press-in,Torquing), SPC, Problem solving tools, Capability study, Contol plan

Problem solving, Improvement & proving of new processes,

investigating and problemsolving, Developing solutions, Technical appreciation and use of equipment/tools machinery for related areas

Essential

Engineering change management, PFMEA, tool/fixture design ,Special characteristics handling

English Communication (read/write/speech)
