Job DescriptionMaintenance of assembly lines, machines, and equipment.Preventive, Predictive and breakdown maintenance of assembly automated and manual lines.TPM ImplementationExperience in control system engineering.Preferable expertise in Allen bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Rexroth PLCsExpertise in Air leakage test, Vacuum tests, Laser marking process, Vision systemExpertise in I4.0 solutions, machine connectivity, IOT devices etc.Troubleshooting of technical losses using electrical circuit, PLC & other analytical tools..ect to find out causeBreakdown analysis, problem solving technique knowledge.Ensure maintenance KPI’s for below target.Effectiveness monitoring of all the corrective & preventive actions.Ensure adherence to defined maintenance processes.Ensure safety and 5S in maintenance area and shopfloor.Maintenance documentation and preparation for audits.Maintain all activity related records in SAP.Implementation of improvement projects.Inhouse refurbishment of machine sparesLocalization of costly imported sparesSpare part management for Assembly LinesAnalysis to plan & implement corrective and preventive measures for major breakdowns.

Qualifications

Graduate Electronic Engineer. Min 4~6 years Experience
