Key Areas of responsibility:

> Improve OEE level of the production equipments by controlling technical downtimes.                                          >Plan & support in technical  competency developement of subordinates to match the requiste skillsets for performing their current & proposed roles and responsibility.

>Replanishment of sparepart stock, supplier developement for alternate part, repairing, inhouse repairing of critical spares.                                                                                                                                        

>To carry out sparepart & repair cost redution activities.                                                                                            > CNC & SPM line installation and commissioning.                                                                                                    >Implement projects such as CT reduction, OEE improvement.                                                                                  >Execute Analysis & action's to reduce quality rejections due to technical reason.                                                    >Compliance to safety and 5S norms at workplace.                                                                                                    >Compliance to external & internal Audits & assessments.

Graduate Electronic Engineer. Min 4~6 years Experience

Critical:

CNC & SPM machine electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pnuematic  system and controller knowledge.

PLC/CNC Programming CS3,MTX,OSA3.., Multi axis servo system,, electrical control ckt.

Teamwork, Collaborative approach, Cost conciousness, Iniative, Flexibility

Essential:

> TPM, SAP, MSOFFICE, ..etc

> Vision system, Technical knowledge of Stacking, silicon appl., screw torque system,greasing &  laser marking system,, pnuematic ckt troubleshooting
