Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . Established in 2009, in Naganathapura - Bengaluru, RBAI is primarily focused in manufacturing electronic products for the automotive sector. RBAI has consistently added an average of one product every year resulting in a wide range of products comprising – Engine Control Units (ECU) for both 4W and 2W, Body Control Modules (BCM), ECUs for ABS, DC-DC Converters, iTraMS (Intelligent communication control unit) to name a few. Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Development and maintenance of web applicationsIntegration of APIs and databases using low-code development platforms such as OutSystems, NodeRed, Oracle APEXRequirement definition for digitalization projects together with clientsCollaboration with designers, project managers, and other developersTesting of applications (e.g., unit tests, integration tests)Responsible to security feature implementation in Bosch International Production NetworkAlign manufacturing project schedule and work plan with reference to production timelineSchedule project meetings with cross functional teams and lead security implementation activities Responsible to ensure production readiness and line capability in manufacturing line for new security featuresCoordination with product planning and testing teams for project activities Adapter configuration for various processes for analysisSupport integration and application of Manufacturing Execution System(MES) in the plantSupport technical discussions with external/internal departmentsProvide proposals for system improvementCooperation with development departments, support improvement of traceabilityMaintain project schedules, provide regular project updates, maintain contact with project staffContinuous improvement and process support in MES including interaction between MES and ERP systemEnabling the data connectivity Station -MES - Hadoop

Qualifications

 BE/B-Tech , Computer Science , Electronics & Communication

Competencies required.

Solid knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)Ideally, experience with at least one modern web framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)Knowledge of server-side programming languages (e.g., PHP, Node.js, Python)Experience with relational (Oracle, MySQL) and/or NoSQL database systems (e.g., MongoDB)Basic knowledge on traceability systems(MES) and manufacturing line serversExperience with version control systems (Git)Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinkingTeam player with good communication skillsBasic knowledge for Manufacturing Execution Systems (Nexeed MES is a plus)Familiar with automation technologies (PLCs like Siemens, Rexroth etc.)Experience in system operation/administration in automotive field is an advantageKnowledge on Web Server technologies such as IIS, ApacheExperience in programming/scripting (C#, .NET framework)
