Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . Lead Quality Improvement ProjectsProblem Solving and Root Cause AnalysisSafe Launch and New Product Introduction (NPI)Training and DevelopmentDigital Quality ManagementStandardization and Continuous ImprovementReporting and CommunicationKEY COMPITENCES:
Lead and manage Quality Improvement Projects across new and existing product lines.Drive Safe Launch and New Product Introduction (NPI) quality planning activities.Implement Lessons Learned and Risk Mitigation strategies through PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Audits.Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, SCM, etc.) for effective project execution.Support QMS compliance and continuous improvement aligned with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer standards.Act as a Quality representative in cross-plant or intercompany projects.Monitor KPIs for quality projects and present reports to leadership and customers.Provide training and support to the shop floor and cross-functional teams on quality tools and standardsQualificationsDiploma / Engineering with minimum 5 years relevant experience preferably in the same industry, of which 2 years in quality management projects
