In Workday programme management at PwC, you will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale Workday implementation projects within an organisation. Working in Workday programme management will involve coordinating multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of Workday solutions. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities: 

Lead US Payroll module configuration and operational activities in Workday. 

Ensure adherence to US federal, state, and local payroll regulations. 

Manage payroll tax setup, reconciliation, and filing processes. 

Integrate payroll with benefits and time tracking modules for accuracy. 

Troubleshoot and resolve payroll processing issues with minimal disruption. 

Coordinate with third-party payroll vendors for data exchanges and audit compliance. 

Develop and maintain comprehensive payroll documentation and workflows. 

Train payroll teams on Workday payroll functionalities and best practices. 

Support audits from tax authorities and payroll internal controls. 

Monitor legislative changes and update payroll configurations proactively.

US Payroll Expert 

Certified in Workday US Payroll with minimum 8 years relevant experience)

Minimum 8 - 12 years of relevant experience  

Overall experience can vary between 8 - 14 Years
