Job Description & Summary: A career within….

Responsibilities:

· Team management · Client stakeholder management · Project / delivery management · Project profitability management · Team onboarding / training / work allocation · Explore automation opportunities · Identify new business opportunities with existing and new clients

Mandatory skill sets:

1. Manage a team of 20+ professionals on a client facing project and ensure quality of deliverables as per project requirements 2. Responsible of QA/QC of team’s work and providing deliverables on time to the client and 3. Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation and improvements and pro-actively propose solutions on the go 4. Coach team members and ensure that they are equipped to meet the required SLAs 5. Commitment to recruiting, mentoring, training, and retaining a diverse team, with a foresight and ability to delegate accordingly 6. Continuously engage with clients to understand evolving requirements and deliver value-added services 7. Build relationship with the key client partners and identify scope for business development 8. Drive business review calls with the client partners on a timely basis and ensure periodic governance cadence are set up with the leadership and the client 9. Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

Preferred skill sets:

1. Experience in FP&A or business finance process of MNCs/Global companies 2. Knowledge about P2P, S2P, R2R process 3. Advanced understanding of PO process, accruals, variance analysis and budgeting functions 4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills

5. Ability to navigate through complexity, pressing timelines with multiple priorities 6. Project management and team management skills 7. Co-ordinating with cross functional teams 8. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross functional team 9. Tracking, monitoring and reporting of project SLAs
