As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Job Description A career within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximize the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions

*Responsibilities: • Lead and participate in SAP S/4HANA Retail implementation and roll-out projects covering SAP IS Retail and Customer Activity Repository (CAR) modules. • Configure and customize SAP IS Retail functionality including Merchandise Management, Assortment Planning, Pricing, Promotions, and Store Operations in S/4HANA. • Implement SAP CAR components such as POS Data Capture, Retail Data Foundation (RDF), Replenishment, Demand Forecasting, and Promotion Data integration within SAP S/4HANA Retail. • Collaborate with business users, architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that align with retail business goals. • Support data migration, process harmonization, and integration of legacy retail systems into SAP S/4HANA with CAR. • Perform system configuration, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) during implementation phases. • Provide subject matter expertise on retail data flow from stores to SAP ERP via SAP CAR, ensuring accuracy and completeness of transactional data. • Troubleshoot, resolve SAP IS Retail and CAR issues post go-live and provide end-user training and documentation. • Advise on best practices, standard SAP S/4HANA Retail processes, and emerging SAP retail technologies. • Work closely with ABAP/technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, and reports related to retail operations. • Deliver workshops and training sessions to internal teams and end-users.

*Mandatory skill sets • Hands-on experience with SAP IS Retail and Customer Activity Repository (CAR). • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Retail implementation projects. • Deep knowledge of retail business processes including merchandising, pricing, promotions, sales, replenishment, forecasting, and store operations. • Expertise in configuring SAP CAR modules including POS Data Capture, Replenishment, Demand Forecasting, and Retail Data Foundation (RDF). • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Retail architecture, data models, and standard functionalities. • Experience integrating SAP CAR with S/4HANA and other store-level or third-party retail applications. • Good understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) as applied to retail. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business and technical teams. • Experience with SAP Fiori apps for retail is a plus. • SAP Retail and CAR certifications highly desirable.
