We are seeking an experienced ABAP Manager with strong technical expertise in SAP ABAP development and proven experience in managing end-to-end implementation projects. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, ensure high-quality deliverables, and collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to drive successful SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

· Lead and manage a team of ABAP developers across multiple SAP modules.

· Oversee end-to-end technical development in SAP implementation and support projects.

· Design, develop, and optimize custom programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW).

· Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.

· Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

· Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.

· Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to meet deadlines.

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in SAP systems.

· Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and post-go-live support.

Prefered Skill sets

· Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits).

· Expertise in end-to-end SAP implementation projects (minimum 2–3 full lifecycle implementations).

· Knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, or others.

· Experience with Object-Oriented ABAP, CDS Views, OData services, and SAP Fiori integration.

Mandatory Skill sets:

· Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.

Years of Experience required:

7-11 Years

Education Qualifications

· Exposure to S/4HANA and modern SAP technologies.

· Experience in Agile/DevOps methodologies.

· Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
