Business Application Consulting - Salesforce Consulting Generalist - Manager - CS - G
Responsibilities:
Manage Services and Projects Programs and define processes to manage budgets, latest estimates and capture actual spend.
Manage a project to develop new tool for Field Service Management across ESY
Manage a project to implement new tool for Project and Portfolio Management across ESY
Increase Lean penetration by galvanising the organisation on adopting Lean, continuously improve existing Lean procedures and establish new Lean operating mechanisms.
Cultivate and maintain a Kaizen roadmap for that includes Kaizen events within DT and Kaizen events outside DT that DT should participate in.
Manage Project communication – Internal within DT as well as external.
Participate and drive technical discussions – Data, Salesforce, integrations, others
Define and document Standard Work for all responsibilities.
Stay updated with industry best practices, innovations & emerging technology trends.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure standards are properly implemented and conformed with.

Minimum 5 years of work experience in Digital Technology and handling bigger programs.
Demonstrated ability to be highly organised and coordinate multiple ongoing initiatives across different stakeholders.
Fluent in written and verbal English, across all levels of an organisation.
