Job Description & Summary A career within our Agentic AI team will provide the opportunity to design end-to-end agentic AI solutions. You’ll work with various customers and exposure to multiple domains as part of the role
Responsibilities - Process Expertise & Identification: Act as the primary subject matter expert for core financial processes, including: Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Record to Report (R2R) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - General Accounting (GA) Identify high-impact, high-feasibility automation opportunities within these functions. - Requirements Gathering: Lead workshops and detailed discussions with finance stakeholders to gather, analyze, and meticulously document current state processes and future state requirements. - Solution Design & Validation: Partner with Automation Business Analysts and Development teams to ensure that proposed and developed automation solutions are functionally sound, adhere to finance best practices, and deliver expected business value. - Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical and process-related concepts to both finance leadership and technical teams, serving as the critical bridge between the two groups. - Governance & Standardization: Contribute to the development of automation standards, governance frameworks, and best practices specifically tailored for the finance function. Manager: Own Ends to end Requirements, engage with senior stakeholders. Senior Manager : Responsible for Presales and driving end to end Engagements
Mandatory Skill Sets - Deep Functional Knowledge: 5+ years of experience working directly within, or supporting, the core finance functions of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record to Report, FP&A, and General Accounting. - Automation Experience: Proven experience as an SME or Business Analyst on multiple automation projects (e.g., RPA, process digitization) within the Finance sector. - Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to engage, influence, and translate needs for diverse audiences. - Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to break down complex financial processes into logical, automatable steps. - Familiarity with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a strong plus.
Preferred Skill Sets - Understanding of Agentic Automation Familiarity with ERP applications
