A Desk Engineer will provide technical support to Technology, Commercial, and Service Delivery organizations for Completions and Well Intervention Services. You'll provide technical support throughout the job cycle, from portfolio management and pre-job assessment, through job execution, and post-job analysis.
 

As a Desk Engineer - CWI, you will be responsible for:

Running multiple applications of medium risk in one product line in the Completions and Wellbore Intervention.Ensuring supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job.Providing front-line support with customers and accurately completing all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job.Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

To be successful in this role you will:

Graduate Diploma in Engineering with extensive experience in Oilfield Services.Demonstrate solid experience in Completions and Well InterventionDesired knowledge in different applications of Completions and Well Intervention:

Intelligent Production System: Gauges, Interval Control Valves, and Flowmeters (Solid Experience)

Upper Completion: Chemical Injection, Flow Control, Gas Lift, Packer, and Safety Valves. (Solid Experience)

Well Construction: Liner Hanger (Solid Experience)

Lower Completion: Sand Control, Inflow Control, and Isolation Valves (Solid Experience)

Upper Completion: Chemical Injection, Flow Control, Gas Lift, Packer, and Safety Valves. (Solid Experience)

Wellbore Intervention: Plug & Abandonment, Milling, Section Milling, Casing Exit, Wellbore Clean Up, Whipstock, and Thru-Tubing. (Solid Experience)

Have a good knowledge of drilling and completion techniques and drilling/work over rig operations.Have ability to work well and communicate well with others.Be able to work varied work schedule and be available for a 24 hour call out as necessary.Be able to speak fluent Portuguese, advanced English and Desired Spanish.
