Are you a compassionate clinician looking to make a deep impact in the lives of children and families? Join our Home-Based Services team as an In-Home Therapist (IHT), where you’ll deliver strength-based, trauma-informed care to clients in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities Provide in-home individual and family therapy to youth with serious emotional and behavioral needs.Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the family and multidisciplinary team.Conduct clinical assessments and respond to crisis situations as needed.Participate in weekly clinical supervision and team meetings.Maintain timely documentation and service notes in compliance with Medicaid and agency standards.
