Job DescriptionResponsibility of managing customer account on technical aspects.Technical support to Sales to generate RFQ. Qualification & Risk Assessment of opportunities.Pre-Order working on techno-commercial proposals & required documents e.g. Schematic, BOM, Cost sheet etc.Post-Order Technical working and documentation, customer approval.Liaison with Customer, CFTs/ BU / Vendors during entire project.Support & participate with Service team in commissioning, product Life cycle management and retro fitment.Prove-Out concepts, prototyping with documentation.Project Documentation incl. Loss Order Analysis, Lesson Learned, etc.Continuous improvement on techno-commercial competitiveness of application. Promote Value engineering & Value-Addition to offer in light with Value Selling concepts.Develop & promote future technology / products / solution.Conduct technical trainings / awarenessProcess Automation; Process Improvement / Optimization, Process Simplicity. Waste Elimination. Increase in efficiency. Improve in response and output time.Opportunity pipeline review. Data maintenance in CRM/ProMIS.

Qualifications

B.E./B. Tech in Electronics/EEE engineer with minimun 2 years of relevant experience
