Responsibilities:

Design the end‑to‑end user experience for Project MERLIN across agent UIs, dashboards and HITL workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Map current SAKS merchandise‑creation journeys and design simplified agent‑driven flows.

• Produce wireframes, mockups and design system components for MERLIN portal.

• Design screens for exception handling, approvals, and trust signals (what the agent did, why it did it).

• Collaborate closely with full‑stack developers to ensure designs are feasible and consistent.

• Run quick usability tests with merchandisers / MIC users and iterate.

Must‑have skills

• Strong UX portfolio for enterprise B2B / operations tools.

• Experience designing for complex data/AI workflows and explaining model decisions visually.

• Familiarity with Figma or similar tools; comfort working in agile teams.

Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related fields.
