Responsibilities:
SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) is SAP's cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution, combining sales and service functions (SAP Sales Cloud & Service Cloud) to manage customer interactions, streamline processes, and improve engagement across sales, marketing, and service teams, accessible on any device with a mobile-first, user-friendly SAP Fiori interface. It's a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering that integrates with backend systems like SAP ERP, providing a unified view of the customer and features for account management, opportunity tracking, social media integration, and real-time analytics.
