Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce CG Cloud

Responsibilities:

· Assist in the implementation and configuration of Salesforce CG Cloud features · Support retail execution workflows, including visit scheduling, store audits, and task management · Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions · Customize objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules · Work with developers and architects to integrate CG Cloud with external systems · Perform UAT support, documentation, and post-deployment activities · Provide ongoing support and enhancements based on user feedback ·

Mandatory skill sets:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field · Minimum 2+ years of Salesforce CG Cloud · Salesforce Administrator certification preferred · Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies ·
