As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Job Description & Summary: As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Development · Design and build model-driven and canvas Power Apps with responsive UX and reusable components. · Develop Power Automate cloud flows and desktop flows (RPA) for end-to-end process automation. · Model data in Dataverse: tables, relationships, business rules, calculated columns, views, and forms. · Create Power BI reports/dashboards (if role includes analytics) with row-level security (RLS) and data gateways. · Build conversational experiences using Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents), integrating enterprise data/actions. · Implement custom connectors, environment variables, PCF controls (for Dev roles), and call APIs securely. Integration & Platform · Integrate with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook), Dynamics 365, and Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, API Management). · Leverage Dataverse plugins, webhooks, and Power Platform connectors for scalable integrations. · Set up ALM using Power Platform Pipelines or Azure DevOps (Git, automated solutions, deployment rings). · Manage on-prem data via On-premises Data Gateway; handle performance, catching, delegation, and retry policies. Governance, Security & Compliance · Establish environment strategy (Prod/UAT/Dev), DLP policies, role-based access control, and conditional access. · Implement maker guardrails, solution layering, auditing, monitoring, and telemetry (Center of Excellence starter kit). · Ensure solutions meet compliance, accessibility (WCAG), and data residency requirements. Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery

· Partner with business owners to capture requirements, define MVPs, and iterate using agile practices. · Create documentation: solution design, ERDs, flow maps, SOPs, user guides, and runbooks. · Conduct UAT, training, and adoption programs; drive change management and measurable outcomes. --- Required Skills & Experience Core (All Roles) · Strong hands-on with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse. · Solid understanding of data modeling, relationships, business rules, and security roles. · Experience with JSON, REST APIs, and custom connectors; ability to work with OData. · Familiarity with ALM, solutions, environment variables, and pipelines. · Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills. Developer Track · Power Fx, JavaScript/TypeScript, PCF controls, Dataverse Plugins (C#), and form scripting. · Performance tuning and delegation optimization; responsive UI and componentization. · Unit testing, automated deployments, and source control (Git). Functional Consultant Track · Business process re-engineering, requirements elicitation, backlog grooming, and story mapping. · Prototyping using low-code patterns; ability to translate processes into app/flow designs. · Change management, training, and adoption strategies; basic data/reporting literacy. Architect / Platform Lead Track · Tenant-level governance, environment strategy, DLP, Center of Excellence (CoE) setup. · Cross-tenant integration, identity & access management, data residency/compliance. · Scalability, reliability, observability (monitoring, telemetry); cost control and licensing optimization. · ALM at scale: branching strategy, pipelines, automatic solution export/import, approvals. --- Nice-to-Have Skills

· Power BI (DAX, RLS, composite models), Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Service Bus, Logic Apps. · SharePoint architecture, Teams extensibility, Graph API. · RPA with Power Automate Desktop: selectors, exception handling, attended/unattended bots. · SQL, C#, Python for data tasks; CI/CD with Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions. · Understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales/Service/Field).
