Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Specialist to design, build, and sustain low-code solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse, and related Azure services. The role blends solution design, app development, automation, data modeling, governance, and stakeholder collaboration to accelerate business outcomes. Key Responsibilities · Solution Design & Delivery o Gather and translate business requirements into scalable low-code solutions using Power Apps (canvas/model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages. o Design Dataverse schemas, relationships, business rules, and security roles. o Build reusable components, PCF controls, and custom connectors when needed. · Automation & Integration o Develop flows (cloud, desktop/RPA, scheduled, approval workflows), optimize throttling/limits, and handle error resilience. o Integrate with M365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365, SQL, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, and third-party APIs. · Data & Reporting o Create Power BI datasets, semantic models, paginated reports (as applicable), row-level security, and performance-optimized visuals. · ALM, DevOps & Governance o Implement ALM using solutions, environment strategies (Dev/Test/Prod), Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions pipelines for CI/CD, and managed solutions. o Enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, environment security, and audit/compliance standards. · Quality, Security & Performance o Ensure accessibility, responsive design, performance tuning (delegation, query optimization), and secure-by-design approaches (least privilege, conditional access). · Stakeholder & Support o Collaborate with business stakeholders, conduct demos/UAT, create documentation & training assets, and provide Level 2/3 support for production apps/flows. Required Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience. · 3–8+ years hands-on in Power Platform with strong delivery record. · Expertise in Canvas & Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.

· Experience with environment strategy, solutions, ALM, and DLP. · Strong knowledge of M365 ecosystem and common connectors (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, OneDrive). · Proficiency in JSON, REST APIs, basic C# or TypeScript for PCF/custom connectors (nice-to-have). · Solid understanding of security roles, RBAC, AAD, and governance. Preferred / Nice-to-Have · Experience with Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM). · Power Pages portals and identity management (AAD B2C). · Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Key Vault). · RPA with Power Automate Desktop. · Familiarity with CoE Starter Kit, telemetry, and admin analytics. · Certifications: PL-200 (Functional Consultant), PL-400 (Developer), PL-600 (Solution Architect), PL-300 (Power BI).
