Job Summary: 

We are seeking a skilled SAP IBP Consultant to join our team as a Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) modules and a strong understanding of supply chain processes. This role involves solution design, implementation, and client engagement across planning functions. 

Responsibilities: 

Implement and configure SAP IBP modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP 

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions 

Perform data modeling, integration, and validation activities 

Support testing, training, and deployment phases of IBP projects 

Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations 

Participate in client workshops and contribute to solution design discussions 

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery 

Skills: 

3-7 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation and support 

Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes 

Experience with SAP HANA, CPI, and integration tools is a plus 

Excellent communication and client-facing skills 

Ability to work independently and lead small teams
