Job Description & Summary:

Responsibilities:

A detail-oriented transactional lawyer to provide legal support across private equity, venture capital, and HNI equity investment transactions. The role involves reviewing and drafting a wide range of investment-related documentation, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation including:

· Review, draft, and negotiate NDAs, term sheets, shareholder agreements, SPAs, and other investment-related contracts.

· Provide legal support during deal structuring, due diligence, and execution phases.

· Liaise with internal teams and external counsel to ensure alignment on legal terms and investment strategy.

· Monitor regulatory developments impacting PE/VC investments.

· Maintain documentation standards and support contract lifecycle management.

Qualifications:

· LL.B. or equivalent legal degree; LL.M. preferred.

· 3–6 years of experience in transactional law, preferably with exposure to PE/VC or investment advisory firms.

· Strong understanding of corporate law, securities regulations, and investment documentation.

· Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
