Responsibilities:
· Client Engagement: Lead the management of client relationships and oversee the delivery of consulting engagements that align with client objectives. · Project Management: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client needs. · Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling client proposals, leveraging industry insights and best practices to address client challenges. · Industry Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities in the Aviation, Travel & Hospitality sectors to provide strategic recommendations. · Solution Design: Collaborate with team members to design and implement innovative solutions tailored to client requirements. · Communication: Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other client deliverables that clearly communicate findings and recommendations. · Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. · Continuous Improvement: Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at enhancing service offerings and improving operational efficiencies.

Years of experience required:
4+ years
Education qualification:
· Master’s degree in business, Economics, Aviation Management, Hospitality Management, or related field. · 2 to 5 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on Aviation, Travel & Hospitality or related industries. · Proven experience in delivering consultancy engagements and preparing client proposals. · Prior experience in Digital Transformation related to Travel & Hospitality verticals · Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Methodologies; Scrum Master/Product Owner certifications are preferable, not mandatory · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools. · Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. · Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools is advantageous. · Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
