Job Description & Summary:

The Partner Affairs team within Internal Firm Services (IFS) at PwC India is seeking a Associate/Senior Associate to support and contribute to Partner Development and Talent Management initiatives. This position offers an opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving processes that facilitate the growth and advancement of the firm's talent. By working closely with various stakeholders, your contributions will ensure alignment with business goals, fostering both development and efficiency within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Drive the Partner Development initiative and manage related processes, including supporting the Partner Talent Management Lead in content management.Manage processes within the Partner Development initiative such as nomination, progress tracking, feedback collection and processing, reporting, and coordination with external stakeholders, leadership, and internal teams.Oversee data management and database administration.Manage communication flow and reporting, encompassing planning and budgeting.Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance requirements.Facilitate performance assessment processes and support the Partner admission process post-completion.Engage with internal teams (HC, Finance, Business Services, etc.) on multiple matters.Draft communications and reports for senior management.Assist in planning and executing various internal projects within Partner Affairs, including research and digital transformation initiatives.

Team player with good interpersonal skills.High degree of sensitivity for confidentiality.Meticulous, committed with an eye for detail.Proactive planning and task prioritization.Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and smart apps like Power BI.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong project management skills
