YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure the improvement and/or maintenance of local Quality Management System (QMS) with related procedures in alingment with QMS Compliance and Central Quality.   Coordinate audits of the QMS.Provide training and methodological support to employees to ensure the integrity of the QMS. Consistently apply OPEN+ standards of working.Owner of factory DMS (Document Management System) in Veeva systemEnsure a strong partnership with internal/external stakeholders, support all factory functionsPromote and apply all rules concerning PMI Quality enviroment, health and safety

YOU SHOULD HAVE/BE/KNOW:

University degree in Chemistry, Administration, or technical area.1-2 years’ experience in Manufacturing/Operations environment, preferably in multinational companies.Experience in Quality Assurance, Production, Management Control, Lean Manufacturing.Good understanding of the manufacturing processes at a theoretical and practical level.Good MS Excel and Power BI skillsFluency in English and Czech/Slovak language.ISO 90001 knowledgeVEEVA system knowledge (DMS, QMS, LMS) - advantage
