We are recruiting for An **IMS Lead** As a CBRE Office Services Sr. Coordinator, you will assist with providing administrative support to a large team or department. This job is part of the Office Operations function. They are responsible for providing office support to a client, business function or individual contributor. As a CBRE employee performing job on EM site: position coordinates the daily operations of records services which includes client training and guidance on Records Management Guidelines compliance. The position is responsible for the Information Management Services (IMS) function and its staff. Serves as the site’s primary contact for records management quality assurance. Interfaces with clients to assess business requirements and expectations and responds to client requests. Coordinates project and apply continuous improvement via best practices implementation. The area of responsibilities will cover all UK locations, including Fawley, Fife, LTO & Leatherhead heritage. The person reports administratively to the Fawley Facility manager in cooperation with LTO & Fife facility management. The primary work location is hybrid. **Responsibilities and daily activities:** · Stewards active and inactive records at onsite and offsite storage locations. · Complies with the Corporation’s Records Management Guidelines. · Implements records management program, including a records retention schedule, the protection of vital records, destruction process and disaster recovery. · Maintains electronic index and inventory of records stewarded. · Performs client training (MPI, RMG compliance, local records handling processes, etc). · Steward local contracts and resolves service issues. · Prepares activity reports. MPM &KPI · Implements IMS projects including record reduction efforts and file move coordination projects. · Monitors and controls expenses within budget. · Creating, maintaining, and reviewing record storage procedures (both physical and electronic) for different business units located at a site. · Identifying commonalities in business units' retention needs and create efficiencies when possible. · Steward inventory verification process in a country scale & resolve historical backlog (~20K unreconciled Boxes) · Steward disposition review and related system updates in a country scale. · List of responsibilities are not exclusive **Qualifications and Skills:** · Bachelor’s degree preferred with preference for course work in records management, business, and computer science or equivalent work experience. · A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required. · Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way. · Training and presentation skills. · Leadership and interpersonal skills. · Commercial awareness. · Project management. · Knowledge of Information management requirements. · Technical skills **About CBRE Global Workplace Solutions:** **Why CBRE** When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
