What you'll do

As the Improvement & Training Lead at Sainsbury's Argos Commercial & Digital, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of transformational change initiatives across the organisation, ensuring seamless integration of new processes and technologies for both colleagues and customers. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop training content and communication deliverables, coordinating engagement and training activities, and continuously enhancing training and communication strategies to drive successful change adoption. Additionally, you will lead process mapping, facilitate workshops, and support various projects to drive innovation and improve the skills of the Change and Improvement teams in effective communication and training practises.
