Support day-to-day import operations

Coordinate documentation and shipments with freight forwarders and customs ...
Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of goods

Maintain accurate records and data entry in system

Provide bilingual support (English/Spanish) as needed

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:
Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or ocean imports

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or imports required
Bilingual English/Spanish required
