Responsible for preparing import/export documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with current laws.    In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

As an Asistente de Importaciones y Exportaciones, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our import and export activities. Your key responsibilities will include:

Compiling Import Invoices for raw materials, Sending Out Invoices for finished products, and Processing Return Material Invoices. Preparing Export Invoices for scrap materials. Coordinating shipments with customs agencies and internal clients. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements. Collaborating with various departments to determine the best logistical solutions. Addressing any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the import/export process. Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all transactions.   Who You Are:

  For This Role, You Will Need:

University degree or equivalent in foreign trade or related field
Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar position 
Experience in a maquiladora environment preferred
Languages: English desirable
Knowledge: Inventory control system management.
Nafta.
Customs Law
Coordination with customs agencies
Proficiency in handling import/export documentation for raw materials, machinery, equipment, spare parts, virtual goods, finished products, material and equipment returns, changes in regimes, scrap items, etc.
