Compensation: $23-27.00/hourLocation: The Woodlands, TXAssignment Duration: 3 months+Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, hybrid, 40 hours +Benefits: Comprehensive with 401K, holidays and PTO Responsibilities Support the management of import and export processes to ensure smooth and compliant international trade operations, including tolling activitiesAssist with documentation preparationCommunicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and tolling partnersHelp maintain regulatory complianceAid in issue resolution, including tolling-related challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the efficiency of logistics, tolling transactions, and overall supply chain activitiesAssist in addressing import/export challenges, such as shipping delays, customs hold, and compliance concerns, under the guidance of senior team membersSupport the development of corrective actions to help prevent recurring issues in trade operationsHelp escalate import/export issues to the appropriate stakeholders and contribute to timely and effective solutionsIdentifying and addressing tolling-related discrepancies in inventory, shipments, or documentationCoordinating with tolling partners to resolve delays, material shortages, or quality concernsEscalating complex tolling issues to senior team members while supporting troubleshooting efforts Qualifications Must have 2+ years of import/export experienceExperience with SAPCritical thinking and problem solving skillsHigh School diploma or GED required
