Documentation & Compliance
Handle pre- and post-shipment documentation including invoices, shipping bills, customs declarations, DGFT filings, and vendor records
Ensure compliance with SEZ, EOU, DTA norms, customs regulations, and duty structures
Maintain audit-ready records and generate MIS reports on trade volumes, duty savings, and regulatory interactions
Regulatory Liaison
Coordinate with customs, DGFT, SEZ authorities, and other government departments for permissions, clearances, and compliance
Interpret and apply SEZ Act, Customs Act, FTP, FEMA, and other relevant trade laws
Logistics & Operations
Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely shipments and smooth logistics
Manage bonded warehouse transactions, inter-unit transfers, and scrap clearances
Stakeholder Coordination
Support procurement planning, vendor development, and rate contracts.
Liaise with internal departments for timely submission of NFAs, change orders, and contract amendments
Graduate/Postgraduate in International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field or any graduate.
Certifications in EXIM procedures, DGFT compliance, or customs law preferred.
Experience: 10–15 years in import/export operations, preferably in defence or aerospace sectors
Technical: SAP ERP, MS Excel, documentation tools, AS9100 Rev D systems.
Behavioral: Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, multitasking ability, and negotiation skills
