Job Summary:

The Implementation Support Technician plays a crucial role in launching and supporting our clinical data solutions for healthcare partners. This individual will support the implementation lifecycle—from access coordination to workflow optimization—working closely with project managers, client teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure a successful onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically adept, and excited by process improvement, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Essential Functions:

Assist with the setup and configuration of partner environments, including coordinating user access and establishing data connections to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Ensure timely setup, modification, and cleanup of system access, user profiles, and permissions to support ongoing partner operations and maintain data security. Provide responsive technical support for clinical data systems, EMRs, software integrations, and network access issues throughout the implementation process. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, the Client Access Team, and other internal stakeholders to coordinate deliverables and resolve implementation-related challenges. Develop and maintain clear, accessible documentation for implementation support processes, incorporating lessons learned and standardizing successful approaches. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows, test new processes, and help formalize them across teams. Support training efforts by sharing technical knowledge and onboarding best practices with both internal teams and external partners as needed. Required Abilities, Education, and Skills:

Experience with healthcare systems, clinical data workflows, or IT support in a healthcare environment. Strong technical aptitude and comfort with tools such as Salesforce, SFTP, or system admin utilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills with a focus on proactive problem-solving. Proven ability to document processes and translate complex steps into accessible instructions. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with HIPAA and data privacy best practices.

Preferred Abilities, Education and Skills:

Exposure to clinical data abstraction, EMRs, or data registry systems. Experience working in a distributed, cross-functional team environment. Salesforce or relevant IT support certifications. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Information Systems, or related field.

The target salary range for this role is $23.00 - $25.00 an hour. An individual’s salary within this range is based on multiple factors including but not limited to skills, experiences, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational considerations. Salary ranges are reviewed, at minimum, annually and all team members are eligible for performance-based salary increases during our organization’s annual review period.
