About the Job
As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for standardizing and transforming client data into a templated format, engaging/consulting with clients on regular calls, and working cross-functionally to create and prioritize configuration and setup of client systems.
This is an associate-level position where you’ll make an immediate, tangible impact every day. You will be part of a result-driven, detail-oriented, and organized team and will be responsible for building relationships and working with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.

Own and deliver complex/enterprise-level implementations, ensuring successful client outcomes.Act as a strategic advisor to clients by guiding them on best practices, change management, and solution design.Lead cross-functional project teams (internal and external), ensuring alignment across technical, support, development, product, and customer stakeholders.Mentor and guide junior Implementation Specialists, helping accelerate their ramp and adoption of best practices.Develop and refine implementation frameworks, playbooks, and methodologies to improve scalability and quality across the team.Escalate and resolve complex issues while balancing client expectations and internal priorities.Proactively identify process improvements, efficiency gains, and customer experience enhancements.Contribute insights and feedback to senior management regarding product gaps, customer needs, and service delivery opportunities.Document and share learnings from enterprise projects to enable continuous improvement across the team.What elements of your professional background will be necessary and helpful in this role?
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent.Minimum of five (5-7) years in SaaS implementation, including enterprise-level projects.Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).Demonstrated success in leading complex client-facing implementationsBeing customer-centric—enjoy solving real-world problems, advising clients, and going the extra mile to deliver excellent outcomes.Excellent time-management and organization skills with attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and initiate appropriate follow-ups.Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams—especially product, customer success, and engineering.Advanced in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and G-Suite Docs.
