Job Description Insight Global is supporting the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS), the largest secretariat in Massachusetts state government. EOHHS oversees 11 agencies and the MassHealth program, delivering critical services across healthcare, human services, and public assistance. This role will specifically support the Office for Refugees and Immigrants (ORI), which focuses on empowering immigrant communities through access to resources, integration programs, and policy advocacy. We are seeking a skilled Implementation Specialist / Business Analyst to drive process improvement and system implementation efforts within ORI. This individual will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable workflows and documentation, ensuring that program enhancements align with agency goals and stakeholder expectations. The Implementation Specialist / Business Analyst will work closely with ORI program leads and stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate discovery sessions, and document workflows that support system and process improvements. They will translate business needs into actionable user stories, coordinate with cross-functional teams during implementation, and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in social or human services, with a strong background in case management systems, change management, and tools like Salesforce or Monday.com. Success in this role requires excellent interpersonal skills, self-sufficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders.
