As an Implementation Specialist at Sine, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our software solutions. You will be responsible for onboarding clients, providing expert product guidance, and managing ongoing client relationships to ensure continued success and satisfaction with Sine’s offerings. **KEY AREAS OF REPONSIBILITY** + **Product Expertise:** + Become a subject matter expert on all Sine products and features. + Provide insights and best practices to clients to optimise their use of the software. + **Client Onboarding:** + Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition to Sine. + Follow customised implementation plans aligned with client objectives and timelines. + Conduct training sessions remotely, to ensure client teams are proficient with the software. + **Customer Support:** + Assist the support team by resolving complex client queries related to product implementation. + Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. + **Account Management:** + Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, functioning as their primary point of contact. + Monitor and improve client health metrics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and product engagement. + **Project Management:** + Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects. + Track project progress and communicate effectively with clients regarding milestones and deliverables **.** + **Feedback and Enhancement:** + Gather client feedback and provide recommendations for product improvements. + Collaborate with the product development team to enhance features based on client needs. + **Continuous Improvement:** + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in SaaS implementation. + Share knowledge and insights with the Sine team to contribute to the company’s growth and success. **QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE** + Proven experience in a similar implementation, training, or client success role, ideally within a SaaS environment. + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. + Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. + Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus **Who We Are** The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
