Job Description • Support the design and implementation of supply chain projects across our network of distribution centers. • Design will include updating 2D Autocad layouts for the warehouse and offices • Project Management for all design/build activities. This includes creating and managing a project plan. • Coordination with vendors on quotes, scheduling, and installation activities • Good communication skills both written and verbal • Required to attend all daily and weekly status meetings • Collaborate cross functionality and with third party consultants on the transformation initiatives. • Collaborate with DC associates, management, senior leaders, and consultants to drive successful design, implementation, and sustainability of supply chain solutions. • Document business requirements, functional and system design, processes and procedures. • Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex solutions. • Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems. Makes decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that produce effective end results. • Independently performs assignments with instruction limited to the expected results. Determines and develops an approach to solutions. Skills and Requirements • BS/BA in Supply Chain or Engineering • 3-5 years of experience in a related field • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) • Intermediate 2D Autocad experience • Project Management experience
