About this opportunity:

We are seeking an Implementation Manager to lead and coordinate EMBMS (Misson Critical) project implementation over 5G network with multi-vendor equipment. This role involves managing rollout execution, ensuring quality, and overseeing teams from Ericsson, customers, and other vendors while adhering to contractual, financial, and safety requirements. This role will focus on EMBMS - evolved multimedia broadcast multicast service(Misson Critical).

 

What you will do:

Ericsson, in partnership with Motorola Solutions (MSI), is delivering a geo-redundant Mission Critical Push-to-Talk (MCPTT) program for a key MMEA customer, supporting public safety-grade LTE/5G services rollout.
The program spans serveral geo-redundant sites across regions, enabling carrier-grade MCPTT, MCVideo, MCData, and group communications to meet critical public safety needs.
The Remote MCN PTT Implementation Manager serves as the central point for project coordination, ensuring timely execution, scope alignment, and stakeholder engagement across Ericsson teams, and third-party partners.
Acts as a key interface for CPM and Program Director, providing project status reporting, Scope and schedule updates.
Facilitates cross-functional collaboration across Key domains of PTTx with Core and BSS), suppliers, and integration partners to ensure smooth project Progress and delivery milestones.
Oversees Project implementation, including 3rd party supplier progress, PO issuance, Tracking project milestones, updating project tools.
Supports operational readiness for the end user, coordinating for the training programs between client and supplier.
Contributes to Ericsson’s leadership position in Mission Critical Services by ensuring Delivery assurance, preparing and managing daily/weekly plans for the ASP’s, and updating their progress to the CPM and ICT PD.
The program spans serveral geo-redundant sites across regions, enabling carrier-grade MCPTT, MCVideo, MCData, and group communications to meet critical public safety needs.

 

The skills you bring:

Bachelor’s in engineering (IT, Telecom, Electrical, Civil, etc.)Minimum 10 years of experience in Telecom NW rollout (Civil coordination, RFI, Installation, commissioning, etc.)Multi-vendor experienceExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.Flexible working in remote delivery and collaborationPreferable project experience with Customers in Saudi Arabia
