The Role

Are you a seasoned project leader passionate about delivering impactful digital solutions? As a Digital Solutions Implementation Manager, you'll lead complex, cross-functional programs for our clients, ensuring successful implementation of business process management solutions. You'll elevate client experiences by driving projects from inception to completion, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead high-complexity, multi-service technical business solution implementation programs for Digital Solutions clients.

Manage a matrixed project team, coordinating internal resources and client stakeholders.

Ensure project adherence to scope, budget, and quality objectives, driving excellence through effective project management methodologies.

Act as the primary daily contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and progress reporting.

Develop detailed technical project plans and system design specifications, managing the full project lifecycle.

Identify potential product and service opportunities during project delivery, contributing to business growth.

Requirements

5-7+ years of project management experience in matrixed, multi-project environments.

3-5+ years managing highly technical, enterprise-level BPO, hosted, or similar system implementations.

Proven ability to lead large client groups and manage high-visibility projects.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable for executive-level audiences.

Proficiency in project management tools and strong computer literacy (Google Suite required).

Ability to travel nationally and internationally (25%-40%).
