Implementation Manager – DC Master Trust / DC Workplace Savings - Nationwide

Mercer is seeking an Implementation Manger to join our growing team. The Implementation manager is a key player within Mercer's market leading Master Trust team, which is built on a member first approach while providing safety and security through active governance. The Implementation manager will help drive the product forward through transformation and operational excellence to keep the Mercer Master Trust as the most dynamic Master Trust for the Future.

We will count on you to:

Reporting to the Mercer Workplace Savings Head of Change, the Implementation Manager is responsible for ensuring new Mercer Master Trust and Mercer Workplace Savings group DC pension and savings plans are implemented efficiently

The role also leads Mercer Money launches, provides ongoing support to existing clients to ensure they continue as clients and value the Mercer services

Implementation oversight managing the framework and success measures, for a new implementation and co-ordinating implementation project plan with client and provider implementation teams

Client Support liaising with existing clients to ensure that services are being delivered in line with expectations

Adhoc team activities including administration and contributing to proposition development

Always ensuring highest standards of care and professionalism and comply with Mercer global principles (Peer Review, Compliance, Risk etc.)

What you need to have: 

A wealth of client facing experience in the group pensions market and ideally with project management experience and working with or in a UK bundled pension provider

Strong knowledge of the DC pensions and Investments market

Good people and communication skills with the ability to drive projects and deliver actions and outcomes
